Now we meet Sunday morning at. 10,00 til en hyggelig snak. The operation of the ship is done entirely by unpaid members of the Support Association W. Klitgaards Bådelaug. The work includes daily maintenance and mustering the crew when sailing with guests. You do not need to be experienced, we provide the necessary training, in all matters concerning the ship.

W. Klitgaard is a historic vessel of more than one reason. It is old, handed ra shipyard in Frederikshavn 1891. It is the first fishing boat in Denmark which was equipped with a mechanical propulsion. It is the only træfiskerfartøj in Denmark equipped with steam engine for propulsion.
